RS 920

The Continuous Merger RS 920 consists of 2 elements with 3 cams each, and has a variable working width from 7,3 m (23′ 11”) to 9,1 m (29′ 10”) thanks to a double hydraulic rocker arm system allowing to change the distance between the two pick-ups, even during work. When the pick-ups are joined, it can discharge one belt on the right and one on the left, or both belts on the right or on the left. When the pick-ups are separated, it can discharge the crop in the middle, or one belt on the right and one in the middle, or one on the left and one in the middle or on both sides. It is equipped as standard with:

– 6 bar pick-up   

– belt and pick up cover kit with roller

– 8 wheels in tandem with spring suspension (manual adjustment)

– hydropneumatic suspension with cylinders

– automatic belt switch off, working & flashing lights

– kit wider strips for hard crop

– hydropneumatic road suspension system

This version can work with one of the elements folded and has no braking system. The width for road transport is 3 m (9′ 10”).
